alters
Process modeler and automation enthusiast at AbbVie Bioresearch Center (ABC) in Worcester, MA, USA.
I obtained my PhD at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, advised by Prof. Steven Cramer in the Chemical and Biological Engineering Department. My research focus was centered around column modeling of multimodal (hydrophobic + charge) chromatography in both single component and multicomponent adsorption using a variety of approaches (microtiter plate isotherms, linear gradient elution, and breakthrough curve).
I am also the creator of IsoFit software which can be used to fit a variety of isotherm models for batch (microtiter plate) adsorption data.

I am always open to collaboration and happy to engage in modeling-related and non-modeling-related discussions.
