Hi CADET team,
I am trying to simulate elution profiles, but I got the following errors. The parameters are obtained from this paper (Journal of Chromatography A, 1586 (2019) 40–51) except the parameters for buffer.

If I remove the first component (the buffer), the simulation works, but the result is not what I am expecting. Any help is much appreciated.
